Sashaktha 2026: Rotary District 3182 to Host Major Leadership Training Seminar in Mysuru

Rotary International District 3182 has announced the launch of “Sashaktha 2026”, a premier leadership and learning seminar aimed at preparing the incoming Presidents and Secretaries of Rotary clubs for the upcoming Rotary year.
The two-day residential training programme, titled Sashakta – 2026 (PELS & SELS – Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar and Secretaries-Elect Learning Seminar), will be held in Mysuru on April 4 and 5, 2026. The seminar is designed to equip future Rotary leaders with the necessary tools, strategies, and inspiration to lead their clubs effectively and strengthen community service initiatives.
The initiative has been conceived by District Governor-Elect Major Donor Rtn. B.M. Bhat, who emphasized the importance of structured leadership training for Rotary office bearers. According to the organizers, the programme will focus on organizational strength, effective club management, and empowered leadership, ensuring that the incoming leaders begin their tenure with clarity and confidence.
The event will be hosted by Rotary Club of Udupi (Zone 4) under Rotary International District 3182, which covers several districts across coastal and central Karnataka.
The event Chairman Rtn Subrahmanya Basri K S requested all the Elected Presidents and Secretaries of various clubs of the district to register their delegation as per registration guidelines and participation procedures already communicated digitally. The Rotary Club future leaders attending the seminar have been advised to stay updated through official district communication channels.
