Rotary District 3182 to Host Pre PELS & SELS Seminar in Shivamogga

The Rotary International District 3182 is set to organize the Pre PELS & SELS Seminar for Zones 10 & 11, aimed at training President-Elects and Secretary-Elects for the upcoming Rotary year.

The seminar will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Hotel Shubham, Durgigudi, Shivamogga, starting at 9:00 AM. The event is being hosted under the leadership of Rtn. K.H. Theerthaiah (Assistant Governor, Zone 10) and Rtn. Nagaraj S. (Assistant Governor, Zone 11).

The program will be inaugurated by PDG Rtn. Dr. P. Narayana, who will also address key topics including the roles and responsibilities of club leaders, along with insights into TRF contribution and District Designated Fund (DDF).

The seminar will feature a series of expert sessions delivered by prominent Rotary leaders:
Rtn. Ravi Kotoji (ZLF) – “Welcome & Purpose of the Day”
DGN Rtn. Vasanth Hoblidar – “Financial Obligations of Clubs”
Rtn. Dr. Gudadappa Kasabi (Past AG) – “Meetings and Protocols”
Rtn. Rajendra Prasad M.R. (ZLF) – “IT, Websites, and Rotary Digital Platforms”
The event will witness participation from Assistant Governors, Learning Facilitators, Lieutenants, and Zonal Secretaries of Zones 10 and 11. The schedule also includes breakfast, a tea break, and lunch with fellowship, providing opportunities for networking and collaboration among Rotary members.

Organizers stated that the seminar aims to equip incoming leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage Rotary clubs and enhance service initiatives in the coming year.
