PM Narendra Modi Reviews Global Situation, Focus on Energy Security
Amid rising geopolitical tensions in West Asia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reviewed India’s preparedness with a strong focus on energy security and supply chain stability.
According to official sources, senior officials briefed the Prime Minister on the current status of fuel availability, strategic petroleum reserves, and alternative sourcing mechanisms aimed at ensuring uninterrupted supply across the country.
PM Modi emphasized the importance of maintaining stability in energy supplies during uncertain global conditions and directed concerned ministries to remain vigilant and proactive. He also stressed continuous monitoring of global oil markets and key transportation routes to mitigate any potential disruptions.
The review highlights the government’s commitment to safeguarding India’s energy needs while navigating evolving international challenges.
