Leaders Pay Tribute to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on His Death Anniversary
New Delhi: Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid tributes to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya on his death anniversary, remembering him as a visionary thinker and a guiding force in nation-building.
In a social media post, Vice President Radhakrishnan described Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya as a visionary thinker and nation-builder who dedicated his life to the service of society. He said that Upadhyaya’s philosophy of Integral Humanism continues to hold relevance across the world.
The Vice President also noted that his message of serving the most downtrodden with compassion and promoting ethical public life remains a source of inspiration for India’s journey towards becoming a ‘Viksit Bharat’.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his tribute, said that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s value-based principles and thoughts will continue to serve as a guiding light for every generation of the country.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah also paid homage, stating that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya would remain an eternal source of inspiration for nation-building for countless generations.
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, a prominent political thinker and leader, is remembered for his philosophy of Integral Humanism and his emphasis on inclusive development and social service.
