🚨 Karnataka Human Rights Committee Shivamogga District Unit Holds Monthly Meeting; ID Cards Distributed to Office Bearers

Shivamogga: The Shivamogga District Unit of the Karnataka Human Rights Committee (R) organized its monthly meeting along with an official ID card distribution programme for its office bearers. The meeting focused on strengthening organizational activities, reviewing public grievance work, and discussing future action plans of the committee.

Addressing the gathering through a telephone call, Founder State President Sri Srinivasa Gowda informed members that the official list of committee office bearers would soon be submitted to Deputy Commissioners (DCs), Superintendents of Police (SPs), Tahsildars, and DYSPs across the state. He stated that the move would help improve coordination between the committee and government authorities in matters related to public welfare and human rights protection.


State Vice President Sri Pradeep Meethal delivered detailed guidance regarding the committee’s upcoming programmes and activities. He also informed the gathering that several public complaints received during the previous month had been successfully resolved through the intervention of the committee. He emphasized the importance of timely response and public service in protecting human rights and addressing social issues.


Prominent members present at the meeting included State Vice President Pradeep Meethal, State Media Head Sisel Panayil Soman, State Joint Secretary Gopi M.M., District President Umesh V., District Vice Presidents Ravikumar A.R. and Jeevan D., District General Secretary S.R. Prakash, City General Secretary Gaibhar Khan, Youth Wing Secretary Anil Acharya, District Women’s President Prameela K.R., and District Women’s General Secretary Dr. Kavitha Sagar, along with other committee members and office bearers.
