🏛️ Comfort & Cultural Program Held at Shelter Home on Ugadi and Ambedkar Jayanti

Shivamogga: On the occasion of Sauramana Ugadi and Ambedkar Jayanti, a meaningful comfort and entertainment program was organized at a shelter home by the Sri Sri Sri Narayana Guru Seva Samiti, bringing together compassion, culture, and community service.
The event was formally inaugurated with floral tributes to the portraits of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Sri Narayana Guru, followed by a symbolic tree plantation drive, emphasizing social harmony and environmental responsibility.

🎙️ Leaders Highlight Service and Support
Speaking on the occasion, Ratnakar appreciated the functioning and efforts of the shelter home, while N.D. Satish offered words of encouragement, boosting the morale of the residents. Environmental activist Tyagaraj presented a brief introduction about Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, highlighting his contributions to social justice and equality.
🎭 Cultural Performances & Outreach Activities
An engaging entertainment program was conducted by Honorary President Bhadravathi Vasudevan (Bhadravathi Vasu) and his team, bringing joy to the residents. As part of the initiative, books on Sri Narayana Guru were distributed to the chief guests, and fruits were provided to over 300 residents of the shelter home.
Adding to the cultural spirit, the Samiti President, a noted artist, entertained the audience with a musical performance, creating a lively and comforting atmosphere.

The success of the program was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Vice President Shivananda, General Secretary K. Shivakumar, Treasurer Prakash A, Organizing Secretary Kanakaraju, Joint Secretaries Kumar and Subramanya, along with Directors Thangappan, Anil, Muralidharan, K. Raghavendra, and all members of the Samiti.
The initiative reflected a strong message of compassion, unity, and service, aligning with the ideals of both Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Sri Narayana Guru.
