Warm Welcome to Shivamogga Deputy Commissioner by Karnataka State Human Rights Committee

In Shivamogga district, members of the Karnataka State Human Rights Committee met and extended warm greetings to Deputy Commissioner Shri Prabhulinga Kavalikatti, IAS, and Additional Deputy Commissioner Shri Abhishek V, KAS.
On this occasion, committee office bearers welcomed them with bouquets as a mark of respect. The event was attended by State Vice President Pradeep Mittal, State Media Head Sisel Panayil Soman, District President Umesh V, District Vice Presidents Ravikumar A.R. and Jeevan, District Youth Committee President Sujith, Vice President Chandrashekhar, City Committee General Secretary Gaibhan Khan, District Secretary Prakash, District Women’s President Prameela K.R., along with several other members.
During the meeting, committee members appreciated the district administration’s efforts in public service and the protection of human rights. They emphasized that coordination between the administration and human rights organizations is essential for ensuring justice, transparency, and good governance.
Discussions were also held on public grievances, grievance redressal mechanisms, and the protection of human rights at the grassroots level. The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the work of the committee and assured full cooperation in the future.
The event is considered an important step toward strengthening collaboration between institutions for the protection of citizens’ rights and overall public welfare.
