Indian-Origin Entrepreneur George V Nereamparambil Known as ‘King of Burj Khalifa’

Dubai | March 13, 2026:
Indian-origin businessman George V Nereamparambil, who hails from Kerala, has earned the nickname “King of Burj Khalifa” after acquiring an impressive number of luxury apartments in the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, in Dubai.

According to reports, George owns 22 luxury apartments in the iconic skyscraper and has an estimated net worth of around ₹4,800 crore. His remarkable journey from a small town in Kerala to becoming a prominent real estate investor in Dubai is widely regarded as an inspiring success story.

Born into a modest family, George began assisting his father in transporting cash crops at the age of 11. Even during his childhood, he displayed entrepreneurial instincts by launching a small venture extracting gum from discarded cotton seeds, an early indication of his business mindset.

In the 1970s, he moved to the Middle East and later established the GEEBEES Group, a diversified business enterprise involved in construction, trading, engineering, and real estate.

George’s strong admiration for Dubai encouraged him to invest heavily in the Burj Khalifa. What started with the purchase of a single apartment eventually grew into ownership of 22 units. Reports suggest that he remains interested in acquiring more properties in the building, driven primarily by ambition rather than luxury.

His journey is often cited as a motivating example for aspiring entrepreneurs, highlighting how determination, vision, and perseverance can lead to extraordinary achievements on the global stage.
